Matt is a proud member of the health care community. He joined the Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital with over 20 years of mental health care experience. Throughout his career, Matt has held several administrative positions that include; training, personnel management, and the development of systems that focus on both patient and staff safety. In addition to Matt operational responsibilities, he serves as a certified master instructor for safety and clinical intervention programs. Matt works within the Universal Health Services network of hospitals to train staff and ensure every employee has the tools and resources available to provide the best care experience. Matt’s work as a master instructor has enabled Matt to work with and provide support to both regional and hospitals throughout the country.
Matt believes a vital component of any hospital is consistent communication and collaboration across all disciplines to provide the best outcome of care to every person we serve. Matt’s approach as a member of leadership is to provide guidance and support to all teams and every department at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital.

Josh is an accomplished financial professional with 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As CFO of Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, he is a dedicated leader committed to ensuring that the hospital achieves its strategic goals. Josh believes in effectively allocating resources to provide the highest quality of care to the patients of LBHH.
Josh joined the management team in early 2022. Prior to LBHH, he was the CFO of The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia (VNA), where he had worked for 15 years. The VNA has a long history of serving the most vulnerable patients in Philadelphia regardless of their ability to pay. At the VNA, Josh secured capital to implement a conversion to a state of the art EMR system which improved the quality of life for the clinical staff, and improved patient quality outcomes.
In addition to his professional experience, since 2013, Josh has been an active speaker at several National Association of Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) annual conferences around the country, and at various healthcare state association conferences.

Dr. Emily Pressley had 20 years of experience as a nurse most of that time spent in mental health before becoming a psychiatrist. She attended a diploma nursing school and went on to receive a BSN at Millersville University.
Dr. Pressley attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her internship at Community Hospital of Lancaster and her psychiatric residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
Following residency Dr Pressley spent 3 years serving in an underserved region in Western Pennsylvania as part of a public health scholarship pay back program .She worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including a women’s drug and alcohol Half Way House and a county prison.
She returned to Lancaster and was employed at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital for the majority of the time as the medical director for the inpatient psychiatric unit. In addition, she was the consulting psychiatrist for Franklin and Marshall College for 10 years.
Dr. Pressley has lived in Lancaster for many years and enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and traveling. Dr Pressley is proud to be part of the leadership of LBHH and to serve the people of this area.
